Christian Naudé
Champagne Christian Naudé is anchored in the enchanting Marne Valley, specifically in Charly-sur-Marne, where the river carves through gentle slopes underpinned by rich clay-limestone soils. This unique terroir, often overlooked, is now revealing its remarkable potential, particularly for the cultivation of Pinot Meunier. This grape thrives in the valley's conditions, producing wines that are robust and expressive, showcasing the authenticity of the region. Under the guidance of Geoffroy Naudé, the house focuses on crafting champagnes that are both approachable and balanced. The blending process is meticulous, with Meunier as the cornerstone, complemented by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as needed. Most wines are vinified in stainless steel to maintain their fruit purity, with a delicate touch of oak for select cuvées. The resulting champagnes are clear, honest, and fruit-driven, perfect for casual enjoyment or fine dining, embodying the generous spirit of Charly-sur-Marne.
