Established in 1890 by Raymond Allait, the house has remained a family-owned business dedicated to the cultivation of exceptional vines in the Marne Valley. With a focus on southern slopes, Robert Allait champions the potential of this unique terroir, producing wines that reflect the diverse characteristics of six villages across 13 hectares. The philosophy of Robert Allait emphasizes both tradition and sustainability. Since 2015, the estate has adopted practices recognized by the HEV (High Ecological Value) label, ensuring a harmonious relationship with the natural environment. This commitment to biodiversity and quality is complemented by the family's ongoing dedication to crafting exquisite champagnes for celebrations both grand and intimate.
