Bubbels aan Huis, established in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. We respect your privacy and ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially.
What data do we collect?
We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview:

- Email address
- Address details (for delivery)
- Phone number
- Order and payment details
- IP address and browser data
- Date of birth (for the legal age check of 18 years)
- Business details for business orders (company name, VAT number and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number)
Why do we collect this data?
Bubbels aan Huis processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your order and payment
- Delivering your order to the correct address
- Being able to call or email you about your order
- Improving our website and services
Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data. To deliver our service we engage the following parties:
- Payment provider Stripe, to securely handle your payment
- Our email service, for sending order and account messages
- Our hosting provider, where the website and database run
- Our supplier in France (champagne-terroir.fr), who delivers your order directly to you and receives your name and delivery address for that purpose
Transfer outside the Netherlands
For direct delivery we share your name and delivery address with our supplier in France. France is within the European Economic Area, where the GDPR applies in full.
Retention period
Bubbels aan Huis does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We maintain a retention period of a maximum of 24 months for personal data, unless legally required to retain it longer.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer to info@bubbelsaanhuis.nl.
General Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following is understood:
- Entrepreneur: Bubbels aan Huis, the provider of products via the webshop bubbelsaanhuis.nl.
- Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
- Distance contract: an agreement in which only techniques for distance communication are used.
Article 2: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.
Article 3: Prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Any surcharges are stated separately before completing the order.
Article 4: Delivery
The entrepreneur will execute orders with due speed but no later than within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner.
Article 5: Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). The cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product. During the cooling-off period the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Article 6: Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering via the offered payment methods (iDEAL | Wero, Revolut Pay, credit card incl. Apple Pay/Google Pay, or Klarna).
Article 7: Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within a reasonable time after the consumer has identified the defects, via info@bubbelsaanhuis.nl. Complaints are answered within 14 days.
Article 8: Age verification
It is legally prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age. By placing an order the consumer confirms that they are at least 18 years old. Identification may be requested upon delivery.
