Which Moment May We Make Special?

A wedding, a business reception, a Christmas package or New Year's Eve: every occasion poses a different question about the bottle on the table. A reception with many guests calls for an accessible brut that everyone enjoys; a business gift calls for a house with a story that will be remembered; a dinner at home calls for something more refined that evolves with the courses. At Bubbels aan Huis we think along per moment, not from a long product list, but from what suits the atmosphere, the company and the budget.

We work with champagnes from smaller, lesser-known houses, winemakers who work by hand rather than on an industrial scale. That means character and a quality-price ratio that you rarely find with major brands. For each occasion we choose in advance which style is likely to work: a classic brut for the toast, a blanc de blancs with fish dishes, a rosé for the celebration afterwards, a magnum at a long table.
