The nose
A fairly complex nose, of brioche, honey, spices, we find dried apricots, grilled almonds with a nice finesse of evolution.

The palate
The mouth is quite bright, with a rather airy bubble, which gives a nice lightness to the mouth with a quite energetic finish.
