The Moutard family offers a unique tasting experience with this gourmet champagne produced in very small quantities. A delicate, fine wine, marked by its terroir and its grape variety. The nose
Opens with notes of hawthorn and carnation mixed with aromas of vine peach, pippin apple, quince, mineral and saline, fruity and floral.

The palate
The attack on the palate, initially nervous, gives way to a persistent tenderness, dominated by white peach and its stone. A velvety texture, fruitiness, perfectly measured sugar.
