Vignon
Champagne Vignon is a family-owned estate located north of the Montagne de Reims, with roots in the Champagne region that trace back several centuries. The family began commercializing their champagnes in 1946, and since 2001, Stéphane Vignon, the third generation of winemakers, has led the estate. His commitment to sustainable viticulture reflects a deep respect for the environment, as he has been practicing organic methods for over 20 years, minimizing the use of fertilizers and avoiding insecticides entirely for the past 15 years. Vignon champagnes are distinguished by their unique character and meticulous craftsmanship. Each wine is produced from Grand Cru plots, emphasizing the estate's terroir through a minimal intervention approach. The champagnes are primarily aged in barrels sourced from the family's own forests, using natural yeasts and avoiding fining or filtration. With a focus on extra brut dosages and vintage expressions, Vignon delivers authentic champagnes that embody the essence of their natural surroundings, offering a delightful experience for discerning palates.
