Solemme

Located in the northern Champagne region, just south of Reims, Solemme Champagne is a family-run house dedicated to crafting exceptional wines from its 6 hectares of vineyards. The family cultivates grapes across five Premier Cru terroirs in the Montagne de Reims and one in the Ardre Valley, benefiting from a diverse range of soils—chalk, clay-limestone, and sandy silt. This variety enhances the character of the wines, produced from the three primary grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Solemme stands out for its commitment to organic and biodynamic practices, which have been integral to its identity since 2010. The grapes are vinified separately at the Villedommange producers’ cooperative, preserving the uniqueness of each grower's produce. Notably, Solemme produces its cuvées from single harvests, eschewing the traditional blending methods used by many houses. This results in champagnes that boast aromatic purity and individuality, appealing to a broad audience while offering distinctive options like the Plénitude de Solemme and the more exclusive Ambre de Solemme, perfect for connoisseurs seeking singular expressions of terroir.
