Located in the scenic Côte des Bar, Philippe Fays Champagne is a testament to a passionate commitment to craftsmanship and terroir. Established in 1986, the house began with just a handful of inherited plots and has since expanded its portfolio through the careful cultivation of its 4-hectare estate. Each cuvée is a reflection of the unique characteristics of its seven plots, which vary in exposure, soil depth, and composition, enabling the winemaker to harness the full potential of the land. Philippe and his wife Laurence prioritize sustainable viticulture, a practice they adopted in 1999. By nurturing their vines with organic compost and maintaining natural soil health, they ensure that the grapes express their true essence. The winery’s philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention, allowing the grapes to thrive in harmony with nature. With a focus on quality and diversity, Philippe Fays produces seven distinctive cuvées, each showcasing a unique blend of flavors and styles, from the vibrant Rosé to elegant Blanc de Blancs, tailored for every palate.
