Spanning 7 hectares, the estate's vineyards are situated in the picturesque villages of Celles-sur-Ource and Essoyes. What sets Petit Camusat apart is its unique cultivation of grape varieties that reflect the local terroir, specifically Pinot Noir and the rare Pinot Blanc. While Pinot Noir is well-known in neighboring Burgundy, Pinot Blanc is seldom found in Champagne, adding an exceptional element to their offerings. With a limited annual output of just 10,000 bottles, each cuvée embodies the essence of the land.
