The house traces its roots back to the early 20th century, with the marriage of Joseph and Antoinette Godmé in 1920 marking the beginning of a rich legacy. Over the generations, the family has continually evolved their brand, which is now recognized as Champagne Godmé Sabine, reflecting the personal touch each generation brings to their wines. Spanning 5.5 hectares, the vineyard includes parcels in prestigious Grand Cru villages such as Verzenay, Verzy, and Beaumont-sur-Vesle, as well as Premier Cru sites in Villiers-Marmery and Montbré. The family is committed to sustainable viticulture, utilizing a reasoned approach (HVE) that harmonizes their vines with the surrounding environment. This dedication to quality allows Champagne Godmé Sabine to produce a diverse range of 8 cuvées, showcasing the unique characteristics of their terroir through both single-variety and blended offerings.
