This region, less frequented by tourists, showcases a unique terroir that blends the warmth of Champagne with influences from nearby Burgundy. The Kimmeridgian soils, akin to those found in Chablis, provide a rich depth to the Pinot Noirs while ensuring the Chardonnays maintain their refreshing qualities. Under the guidance of Laurence Dubreuil, the estate has evolved while honoring its family heritage. Laurence, alongside her sister Estelle and partner Sébastien, cultivates a small-scale vineyard where each detail is carefully attended to.
