Taking over in 2014, Sébastien Daviaux has preserved the family tradition while introducing modern winemaking techniques. The estate, formerly known as Champagne Ph. Daviaux-Quinet, continues to produce a select range of champagnes that embody both depth and vibrancy. With access to exceptional Grand Cru vineyards, Sébastien ensures that every bottle showcases the essence of the Côte des Blancs, marrying time-honored methods with innovative practices to craft distinctive cuvées.
