Cyril Banchet is a family-owned champagne house situated in Chouilly, a distinguished village in the Côte des Blancs, renowned for its exceptional Grand Cru Chardonnay. Representing the third generation of winemakers, Cyril Banchet has been at the helm since 2005, personally overseeing all aspects of production on his 2.2 hectares of vineyards. Each cuvée is crafted exclusively from his own grapes, reflecting a deep connection to the land and a commitment to authenticity in every bottle. The unique terroir of Chouilly, characterized by its chalky soils layered with silt, fosters ripe grapes that yield wines with a rich yet fresh profile. Cyril Banchet’s champagnes, such as the balanced Brut Grand Cru and the crystalline Blanc de Blancs, embody this distinctive character. With a focus on minimal intervention, vinifications occur in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit and mineral qualities, while the delicate dosage enhances the wines' natural expression. The Grand Cru Rosé, featuring a hint of red Pinot Noir, adds a fruity yet elegant touch to the collection, appealing to both traditional and modern palates.
