Adèle is a Blanc de Blancs from Premier Cru terroirs in the Montagne de Reims, where Chardonnay expresses itself with finesse in a region usually dominated by Pinot Noir. As the estate’s first certified organic cuvée, it marks an important step forward in Virginie Bergeronneau’s work, reflecting a more committed and precise approach. In the continuity of the Blanc de Blancs from F. Bergeronneau Marion, it retains its elegance and precision, with a clearer and more contemporary expression. A fine, precise and well-balanced champagne, marked by fresh citrus notes and a beautiful tension. A demanding cuvée, designed for lovers of elegant and precise Blanc de Blancs.
