The senses
Tasting notes
II.
The nose
All finesse and purity, with candied lemon, pastry, and creaminess. White flowers, typical of the Potence plot, and white and yellow fruits, typical of the Rochelle plot.
III.
The palate
Ample and long, with citrus and kumquat, and a beautiful chalky minerality on the finish. A vintage of great maturity, ample and silky.
