With Grand Éclat, Thierry Bourmault blends two emblematic Champagne terroirs: Cuis (Premier Cru) and Verzy (Grand Cru). A balanced cuvée of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, vinified in stainless steel and aged three years on the lees. The result: a full-bodied and precise Champagne with great aromatic freshness.
