About this champagne
“Éclat de Noirs” is the most atypical cuvée in the Petitjean Pienne range. While the house is primarily known for its Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs, it presents here a Blanc de Noirs sourced from parcels located in the Aisne. Blending Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée develops a fruitier, softer and more immediate style than the estate’s other Champagnes. A freer and more accessible interpretation of the house’s expertise.
