The nose
Particularly fresh and fine, with aromas of fresh citrus fruits, white flowers and green tea, a herbaceous and alpine freshness with notes of lime, caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon.

The palate
Fleshy and silky material, nice balance, very drinkable, dense. Champagne faithful to the grape variety in its refreshing and salivating expression, with notes of spearmint which continually tickle the palate until the fine and long finish.
