The senses
Tasting notes
II.
The nose
Fresh, very fine, opening with aromas of sweet spices and white flowers.
III.
The palate
Frank attack, we find a beautiful tension characteristic of the wines of Cramant. The end of the mouth is on the fruit with a beautiful complexity.
