About this champagne
This biodynamic Blanc de blancs is an intense, elegant and refined champagne. L'Élégance du Val d'Or is an elegant and refined champagne as only the Blanc de blancs can be without dosage. It develops notes of green apple and minerals. On the palate, it is fresh and very persistent. A classic aperitif! This cuvée has an extremely low level of sulphites (less than 10 mg/l).
