N°17 is a coteau champenois (non-sparkling Champagne wine) made by Fabien Bergeronneau in Ville-Dommange. This cuvée is produced each year in very small quantities.

Tasting notes

The nose
Subtle fruity notes of apples, pears. Toasted aromas, roasted with spices (vanilla, cocoa, etc.). These aromas intensify after a few minutes to go on notes of honey, gingerbread.

The palate
Upright/sharp acidity that brings freshness and structure. A beautiful amplitude loaded with brioche, toasted and fruity aromas. A nice length loaded with spices (vanilla, cocoa, etc.). Persistent in the mouth.
