MK-157 2020 Blanc de Blancs is an author’s Champagne crafted by Erick Schreiber, a pioneering biodynamic winegrower in Champagne.With less than 35 mg/L of sulfites, this champagne is also suitable for those most sensitive to wine.Its unusual blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, combined with extended oak ageing, gives rise to a wine that is both tense, generous, and deeply mineral.
