First cuvée made by the Baron sisters upon their arrival at the head of the winemaking of Baron Albert champagnes, the Émancipée cuvée is an atypical champagne that concentrates a great know-how. The fruity bouquet of this great wine makes a wine ideal to accompany a duck breast or simply to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
