The nose
Smoked limestone (Marne calcaire), blackcurrant, liquorice, lemon, peppermint, almond, honeysuckle, cherry, apricot.

Clean and fresh attack, creamy effervescence. Pulpy and crispy fruity notes underlined by a lemony acidity and fleshy fruits. Rich and balanced with a minty freshness on the finish.
