The nose
Iodized limestone, fresh grapes, pear, pruned almond, lime blossom, peppermint, lemon heart, acacia, Carensac liquorice.

The palate
Clean and fresh attack, creamy and melted sparkle. Fruity, pulpy and velvety texture supported by a lemony acidity. Chalky minerality mid-palate which gives frankness, iodine salinity and structure.
