The nose
Power and intensity of the Pinot Noir from the limestone of the Côte des Bar. Complexity and generosity brought by the vinification in barrels. One finds aromas of figs, candied fruits as well as brioche and smoky notes.
III.
The palate
A frank attack followed by the complexity and power of the Pinot. The mid-palate is marked by aromas of small red fruits and is supported by a freshness of lemon. The length is persistent and generous.
